Joanne A. Jones Barnett

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Joanne A. Jones Barnett is the CEO and co-founder of HMWH.  She oversees the overall direction and strategy for the HMWH.  

Joanne is also the founder of Center for Digital Learning Research, Design and Resources, a company devoted to assisting organization to leverage technology and digital learning to achieve its organizational goals.  

 Prior to joining HMWH, Joanne served as CEO for a state-wide virtual charter school.  Additionally, she has worked an Assistant Provost for Multicultural and International Affairs, Assistant Director of Admissions, and educator.  As a consultant, Joanne has provided professional learning, diversity, equity and inclusion training, and organizational planning to individuals and a variety of organizations.  

Joanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Boston University as well as a Ph.D. from Brown University.  She also holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Organizational and Educational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.

Justin “TK Mac” Barnett

Co-founder & Creative Director

Justin “TK Mac” Barnett is the Creative Director and co-founder of HMWH.  He oversees all creative direction, project management, branding and execution while also coaching clients in the executive coaching program.

“Mac” as he’s most commonly referred to is an accomplished music producer, music director and tour DJ and also holds multiple fitness certifications..

He has worked with brands such as Nike, the NBA, the NFL, Adidas, Tao Group, NBC and celebrities such as Lebron James, Diddy, Shaq and Nick Cannon.

Mac holds a Bachelor’s degree in history from Cornell University. He is currently pursuing an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and Berklee.
